Craven District Council Ward Member Grants

What are Ward Member Grants?
Ward Members budgets, allow every district councillor to respond to local needs by recommending the allocation of small amounts of money to support projects or activities that benefit the communities they represent.
Ward budgets can fund projects within one ward or be used to fund joint projects between two or more wards, providing each ward has identified the same issue and there are clear benefits for the residents in each ward.

Before Applying
If your grant payment has to be made through the Parish Council bank account please contact the Parish Council to advise of your intention to claim a grant.
It is advisable to contact the relevant Ward Councillor and discuss your application before sending your application.

How to Apply
Complete all sections of the Ward Member Grant Application Form (available on the Craven District Council website) and email the completed form to BusinessSupport@cravendc.gov.uk or post to Business Support, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1FJ.
